Násedlovice is situated 20 km west of Kyjov and 4 km south of Žarošice. The surroundings are typical farmland with fields, small orchards, vineyards and groves. The village lies on a rather low knoll. North of Násedlovice runs the Spálený Brook, to the east the Trkmanka Creek. Násedlovice has 831 inhabitants and is a member of Ždánicko micro-region.
